2000 ITU Worlds-1st American 16-19 age group and 14th over all. All American for 2000 Inside Triathlete. All American for 2001 USAT Rankings. First Montauk Tri 2001 Comes out of retirement to take 10th at 2006 Sprint MightyMan!!

Kai has return after a four year sabbatical from Triathlon, takes 10th overall 2nd in his age group, with no training! We hope Kai will spend his time in Key West this winter putting some miles in his legs and see what he can do in the spring! Welcome back Kai!
